Polyurethane
Polyurethane is a material that is more versatile than any other plastic. It is suitable for commercial moulded parts manufacturing in all areas of industry.
Its main performance advantage lies in the wide range of material characteristics that can be attuned to the requirements of the component. For example, we can use modified raw material formulae for special requirement profiles.
In the RRIM ( Reinforced Reaction Injection Moulding) process, we manufacture front panels, tail panels, sills, wheel extensions and other viscoplastic moulded parts.
Tail spoilers, front protective elements and lightweight linings are made in a hard integral foam system.
We use a soft integral system for floor mats and seals for commercial vehicles. This system is also used for wheel extensions and a putting trainer device for golfers.
We make most of our moulded parts using the compact Baydur 110 system.
Its outstanding material properties mean that it can be used for all areas of industry. Baydur 110 is used for linings, housings, baffles, grills, covers, operating panels and technical design components.
