Surface feedback / design
Today, CAD data are an essential part of the entire manufacturing chain.
If a design model is the basis for CAD parts development, we can capture the shape by scanning the model. A CAD surface design replaces the old model surfaces, with their high error potential. This then provides the necessary basic CAD data for further parts design.
Parts design is carried out on the latest 3D CAD systems.
In the design of tools, close cooperation with our production team guarantees that series production will run smoothly.
Design Functional prototypes from the 3D printer
Cutting-edge technology allows us to use CAD data to produce sample components and functional prototypes extremely quickly.
FDM ( Fused Deposition Modeling) is a manufacturing process in which a tool is built up in layers from a meltable plastic.
Our 3D printers can produce a small key just as easily as a dashboard or door lining, without shrinkage, from ABS.
Rapid Prototyping Large parts are made up of several individual parts which are glued together after production.
In development today, checking the development requirements and carrying out function tests and mounting trials before investing in series production tools form the basis for successful products.

Cast mineral has become a truly high-tech material. A material formulation that has been modified to suit our production purposes forms the basis for durable tools that offer real value for money. We guarantee a parts output rate of up to 5000 parts, depending on the shape of the part.
The front and back are accurately cast from FDM original models incorporating a shrinkage allowance. The tools can be tempered and are designed for installation in mould supports.

For larger quantities, we design aluminium tools which are milled by our co-operation partners. These offer the advantages of higher parts output, shorter cycle times and parts production without the need for separating agents.
Initial samples / documentation
The final stages in product development are provision of initial samples and customer release. If required, we can take over checking the dimensions, materials and function.
Internally, the transfer of all data, including raw materials data, item lists, machine settings, work and test instructions, forms the interface with series production and guarantees the consistently high quality of the plastic parts.

2002 became a management system according to DIN, EN, ISO 9001: 2000 imported. Each member of our team feels obligated the quality and the customer satisfaction.
